In Africa, we note many businesses starting and closing some days and months after. People see businessmen growing and gaining and do copy and paste without their own business plan development.
They don’t calculate the investment and launch their businesses with low-quality products because of limited investment, and limited expertise in processing, conservation, and/or packaging techniques. Consequently, they shouldn’t compete with those who developed their business plan and then planned all before launching allowing their enterprises, and companies … to deliver quality products/services. PDESO established this department to coach, mentor, and support businessmen and those who want to do business for their success and to reduce losses of investments because of a lack of business plans.
